This video shows you how to make a simple Sweet and Sour Veggies. You could add tofu instead of the edamame. Also, at the beginning I added fresh chopped ginger, in addition to the garlic I mentioned. Feel free to substitute or add any veggies you'd like.
Using your prepped veggies, this meal comes together in less than 10 minutes. Serve on bed of greens.
